About me
I am currently the College & Career Counselor at Grant Community High School. This is currently my 3rd year at Grant and the 3rd year since the programs inception. Starting a program from scratch has been both exciting and stressful at times but I have loved every minute of it. I am passionate about this position and have always enjoyed this aspect of school counseling. I have been a school counselor for almost 10 years but have always gravitated towards the post-secondary side of the job. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, I'm an avid Disney fan, and enjoy spending time with my family. I have one daughter, Charlie (6) who is a Stallions Cheerleader. When it's not cheer season you will find me driving her to swim, dance, and tumbling. I Hope to see you in my session, "Empowering Students Through Career Exploration: The Career Explorers Program."
