About me
I am in fourth year as a certified special education teacher and my first year at Zion Central Middle School. I have worked in education for nine years while completing my BA and my MS. I am the seventh grade resource teacher for ELA and math. Our ELA classes place a great emphasis on literacy and creating well-articulated speech and text. I am a published author of historical fiction novels with my first novel, Nevermore, coming out in November of 2019, and its follow up will be available late this spring or the summer of 2024. I enjoy having conversations pertaining to travel, literacy and music. I am a composer and have played guitar since I was 15 years old.
