Recently retired after serving over 30 years in education, I have experience with grades preK-8. I am a practitioner with classrooms, leadership and considered an innovator. Specializing with working in behavior management, as a team we create a safe and trusting work relationship with students and peers. I train staff to facilitate learning more and stop wasting precious time on unwanted behaviors. You can do this!
