Prior to assuming a full-time role at Carnegie Learning in 2022, Evelyn dedicated her time instructing high school mathematics. During this period, she not only honed her teaching skills but also pursued advanced education, achieving a Masters in Education Technology and obtaining her ELL Bilingual Certification from Dominican University in Illinois.
Beyond the classroom, Evelyn engaged in mentorship activities, guiding and supporting novice educators. She took a proactive role in community outreach initiatives focused on assisting at-risk students, demonstrating her commitment to their holistic development. Furthermore, Evelyn spearheaded two distinct leadership programs, showcasing her organizational and motivational abilities.
