About me
I am in my 12th year of teaching, and third year teaching math at Mundelein High School. I currently teach Algebra I, Algebra 2/Trig, and Transitional Math. In previous years, I have also taught Algebra I, Honors Geometry, Geometry, Integrated Math I, Integrated Math II, Honors Integrated Math II, Math Lit, College Algebra, Pre-Algebra for College, and Calculus, and sixth grade Connected Math. I have had the opportunity to teach in small rural, big suburban, and urban schools. I have moved around Illinois quite a bit because of my husband’s work, and I have enjoyed being able to teach in many different settings. I love incorporating technology in my classroom and try to give my students experiences that help them discover and interact with math. I also enjoy playing with my dog and baby.
